Observers have spotted an older Finn Wolfhard (Mike Wheeler) and David Harbour (Jim Hopper) outside a movie theater screening “Indiana Jones and The Last Crusade.” This detail adds a twist to our understanding of season five, as the teaser trailer notes “In the fall of 1987, one last adventure begins,” despite “Indiana Jones and The Last Crusade” not being released until May 1989. It suggests that while the season might kick off in 1987, it won't necessarily remain there throughout.
